MSE Consultancy
End-to-end marketing for an education admissions network of more than fifty colleges - social-media campaigns that create demand, and a website built to turn it into enquiries.
Visit live siteThe brief
MSE Consultancy is an education marketing and admissions partner working with a network of more than fifty colleges across Bangalore and the surrounding regions. Raiwin serves as their end-to-end marketing engine - from the social campaigns that create demand to the website that captures it.
The strategy is built around real student intent - high-value searches and course-specific queries - timed to the exact points in the academic calendar when decisions are being made.
The problem
Admissions run on a fixed annual cycle with narrow windows. Miss the moment when students and parents are deciding and the spend is largely wasted - there is no second chance until the next intake.
Now multiply that by more than fifty institutions, each with its own courses, positioning and audience, all competing for attention in the same regions at the same time. And the marketing has to work as a whole: the posts that spark interest and the website that converts it cannot pull in different directions.
What we built
The social work is a steady stream of admissions creative - program-specific posts for each college and course, from Information Science and Engineering to B.Com and B.Sc in allied health - each built to stop the scroll and carry one offer. Alongside it we built the website the traffic lands on.
- Program-specific creative for every college and course
- One offer per post - ranking, scholarship or apply-now
- A consistent campaign system across the whole network
- Static posts and short-form reels cut for the feed
- A website with course pages, clear CTAs and lead capture built in
- Paid media across Google, Meta and LinkedIn connecting the two
Fifty-plus colleges now operate with a complete marketing function none of them could justify building alone - demand created and captured in one joined-up funnel, run centrally and tuned to the admissions calendar.
