For Savara Club, Raiwin handled the full digital foundation - website and backend automation as a single connected system. The website serves as the public face of the club, with event listings that populate and update automatically instead of requiring someone to maintain them by hand.
Behind that sits a workflow automation layer built on Zapier that connects every moving part of the operation.
The problem
In hospitality, every minute a team spends on administration is a minute not spent on guests. At Savara, the moving parts of intake - enquiries, bookings, table assignments, confirmations, internal alerts - all depended on someone noticing and acting, which meant things could sit waiting in an inbox.
The public side had its own drag: event listings that needed manual upkeep, going stale the moment someone got busy.
What we built
An enquiry or booking made on the website now flows straight into the admin panel, generates the reservation record, assigns the table and routes the lead to the right person - all without human handoff. The same pipeline handles new-booking notifications, confirmations and internal alerts.
